Frequently asked questions

Am I able to view or leave with my photos?

Your high resolution photos can be available on USB flash drive provided by your videographer for immediate use (inquire within). Your movie & photos are available to view and/or download within 2-3 business days after your date of service. Your printed material is shipped from a different location, and cannot be picked up in the hospital.



How do I get prints?

You will receive an email link to your online gallery. Depending on which package or product you purchased you will then choose your images to print and or download directly from your gallery. No further purchase is necessary during this process you just have to confirm your shipping address.



How do you know when I will be delivering?

During your booking you would put your estimated due date and we would follow up with you as it got closer. If you were to go in unexpectedly you would already have our staffs contact info to let them know.



What is the availability of the photographer/videographers

We have staff available for sessions 24 hours a day 7 days a week! However you want to try and book your session at least 2 weeks in advance to make sure they are available for when you need them.
